We have adapted the way we operate to help keep everyone safe:
• Extra cleaning: we will use antiviral products to clean our boats thoroughly between each hire, and we will pay extra attention to door handles, taps, crockery, pans, cutlery, keys, guard rails and other metal surfaces. Our cleaning staff will wear masks, gloves and aprons, changed each time they clean a boat. Bed linen and towels will be laundered at high temperatures.
• A physical handover of the boat will still take place with a member of staff. It will include instruction on how to operate the boat. Our handover staff will wear masks and gloves.
